#Prodeus guy mod#
If you previously used my old mod "Project Proteus" you must uninstall it. Please see the updates section below for more details on the differences. This mod is very different from my previous mod titled " Project Proteus". You can edit content found in vanilla Skrim as well as content found in any Skyrim mod. This is no longer the case, you can make edits to content in-game without ever leaving your Skyrim instance.
#Prodeus guy Patch#
Normally to make these changes, one would have to use a set of console commands or use the Creation Kit to make a patch or new mod. Additionally, make permanent or temporary edits to NPCs, weapons, armors, spells, weather, and more in-game. Play as multiple characters within the same game world, on the same save game file - all with their own unique appearance, perks, spells, items, and stats. PROTEUS will redefine how you play Skyrim. Not Compatible Yet for Skyrim VR (VR users use this mod)
Much smaller file size due to FOMOD image compression. New error checks to see if the wrong version of Proteus.dll is installed. Updated Phenderix Magic World, Phenderix Magic Evolved, Apocalypse, Arcanum, and Mysticism patches. Added compatibility patch for Colorful magic. Proteus save backups will now still allow you to search by character name in the main menu. Fix related to loading items onto Proteus character. Spawner menu should now work in Skyrim SE. Player Module cheat menus should now work better in Skyrim SE and have had several improvements. You can now teach any spell in the game or add any perk in the game to an NPC using the NPC Module. New character remove spell process is now more efficient. EchoEclipse has built three new functions into the Proteus.dll. This will enable support for controllers. Cheat amount prompt now defaults to 1. Several new SKSE DLL functions written by EchoEclipse. Combat Gameplay Overhaul (CGO) item duplication issue should now be fixed. Made many elements of the cheat menus better and made several fixes. (e.g., search for spells within Phenderix Magic World mod) Within all cheat options, there is now an option to explore by mod. New option in player module cheat menu to clear active magic effects from player character. Player Module cheat function will now allow you to add ANY KEY OR POTION, including those added by mods. Reminder, the cheat function can be assigned to a hotkey within the PROTEUS MCM. This will allow you to choose from any mod you have installed and then view and add any item found within it. Fixed colorful magic patch bug within FOMOD.
As a reminder, you can access all content added by this mod via the wheel menu. This should help with spell list clutter. You can still at any time use the Utility function of this mod to add the individual respective Proteus spells to your spells list. No longer are the other individual spells added to your spells list automatically.
Upon loading the game with this mod installed, only the "Proteus - Wheel" spell will be added to your spells list. Much quicker to try out different outfits on NPCs now. NPC outfit page will no longer auto close after a selection is made. Removed ability to add perks to NPCs as this doesn't work with Skyrim's engine. This will likely fix many errors users encountered using the NPC module as a result of possibly not having ConsoleUtil installed. Rewrote and fixed several parts of the NPC script using Proteus DLL functions. Properly removed ConsoleUtil as a requirement in NPC Module scripts. Existing users of this mod may need to wipe/clear existing spawns and recreate them using the Player Module. Fixes related to grabbing unused NPC for new character spawn. (spawns should now always properly have the right outfit equipped)
Fixes related to outfits properly being equipped to spawns.Removed many notifications and streamlined menus. Fixed increasing/decreasing of regen values. Added ability to enter a custom value when editing player regen values. Improved Player Module edit attribute/skill menus to have more information, like displaying current attribute/skill value.Added ability within Player Module to view and edit movement speed and unarmed damage. For example, one character could have an item do 10 damage and then upon switching characters you could have the other character have the same item but it do 100 damage.
